Welcome to the Los Angeles Finest Roleplay Staff Guide! Here you will find everything needed to be a good staff here at Los Angeles! Not following things listed here will result in a punishment.

Our current weekly quota stands at a manageable 4 hours per week. We must meet this target to keep things running smoothly. Consistency is key, and each of us plays a vital role in achieving our collective goals. However, it's important to note that falling short of the 4 hour mark will result in an infraction. Every week shifts will be reset either on Friday or Saturday, the Staff Member with the most time on duty will receive the Staff of the Week role and a prize of 150 Robux!

LOA's must be requested through the timezone of Friday-Monday in order for it to be in effect for that weeks quota. Not doing so will result in that weeks quota not counting which can and will lead to a punishment
We kindly ask you to follow your chain of command! This means, do not message a Director for something that a HR like an Internal Affairs Member can handle. This includes in-game as there will be times people will teleport to the founders to ask questions while they are in a Roleplay which can be annoying! Not following your chain of command will result in an infraction!

Staff must remain accurate and professional while moderating, as many rules above have stated you must follow certain regulations! A regulation that we find very important and is deemed as an instant infraction is using 3 letter commands. We kindly ask you to refrain from using commands that are 1, 2, or 3 letters long! This means if someone's username is 559Rami do :kick 559R instead of :kick 5, :kick 55, or :kick 559! Failure to use 4 or more letter commands will result in a punishment!

Staff must be in our Moderating VC while on duty (not required to speak) or infraction will be given. Staff must also only take clips or any sort of evidence as witnesses are no longer allowed. Staff must NOT carry a weapon in car or on their person or they will be infracted.
